Family sends these to us (on the east coast) every Christmas. Once opened, these never stand a chance. They get eaten THAT day. Much better than the average pecan log. The trick is delicious pecans enveloped in high quality caramel and NOTHING else.

This is the best pecan log I have ever tasted. I could eat a whole roll . My only complaint is the rolls are rather costly. If they were at little less expensive I would probably purchase many more.
